Roles & Responsibilities

Lead with excellence in financial and human resources management to drive departmental success
Foster employee satisfaction and staff development while supervising Lead and Senior Technologists
Champion quality service and patient-centered care through best practices
Drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory standards are met
Serve as a vital liaison between patients, families, physicians, and care teams
Oversee image quality control and enforce key policies and procedures
Coordinate imaging services across hospital departments for seamless operations

Qualifications

Five years as a Diagnostic Technologist in acute-care
Two years supervisory experience in acute-care
Current California CRT or ARRT license
Current CPR Certification
Associate Degree preferred

Education

Associate Degree (desired)
Five years Diagnostic Technologist experience (minimum)
Two years supervisory experience (minimum)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR compliance
Strong grasp of radiographic principles, radiation safety, and quality assurance
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Skilled in motivating teams, delegating tasks, and resource management
