Shift Type: Flexible schedule open to days, evenings, and weekends. Staffing varies according to athletic schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert injury prevention and care for student athletes
Deliver on-site medical support during practices and games
Collaborate with coaches and staff to keep athletes performing at their best
Assist fellow athletic trainers with minimal coverage when needed
Promote safe participation in Minot Public Schools athletic programs

Qualifications

BOC Certified from the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers
North Dakota Athletic Trainer license required
Passionate about working with high school athletes
Ready to commit through November 2026

Education

Degree in Athletic Training or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sports medicine and injury management
Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills
Team player comfortable in fast-paced athletic environments
Adaptable to varying schedules and events
