Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy assistance to patients
Collaborate with therapy teams to create impactful treatment plans
Support patients in achieving meaningful rehabilitation goals
Document progress and adjust care to maximize outcomes
Foster a positive environment that promotes healing and independence

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials
Experience in patient-centered therapy settings
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

Education

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Team collaboration and adaptability
Proficiency in therapy documentation and protocols
