Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care by evaluating functional needs and outcomes while consulting with specialists to optimize results
Design and implement personalized care plans based on thorough assessments, involving loved ones when it makes sense
Conduct therapy within top standards of care and direct support staff to help patients smash their functional goals
Communicate effectively with the team for stellar patient outcomes
Document evaluations, goals, and plans meticulously with regular updates
Boost your professional growth through education, workshops, and staying current with literature
Serve as a community resource to champion physical therapy

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (or application in process)
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and care delivery
Expertise in documentation and communication with healthcare teams
Ability to read, analyze professional materials, and present effectively
Mathematical skills for practical applications like ratios and statistics
Problem-solving prowess in varied real-world scenarios
