Shift Type: Flexible schedule open to days, evenings, and weekends. Staffing varies according to sports schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert healthcare as the designated provider for NCAA DII Minot State University Women's Soccer
Deliver hands-on injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation for student-athletes
Collaborate with coaching staff to optimize athlete performance and safety
Assist fellow athletic trainers during peak coverage needs
Support the team's success from practice fields to game days

Qualifications

Certified Athletic Trainer licensure in good standing
Experience working with college-level athletes, especially soccer
Availability for flexible days, evenings, and weekends
Passion for sports medicine and student-athlete well-being

Education

Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
Master's degree preferred
Current NATA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sports injury management and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent communication skills for working with athletes, coaches, and staff
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, variable schedule environment
Team player mindset with quick decision-making under pressure
