Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic examinations using ultrasound equipment to capture clear images of patients' hearts
• Ensure exceptional patient care and comfort during every procedure
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate, high-quality imaging
• Apply your expertise in anatomy and physiology to support precise diagnoses
• Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients to explain procedures and build trust

Qualifications

• ARDMS Registered or registry eligible in Adult Echo
• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program
• Minimum one year experience performing echocardiography exams preferred
• Minimum one year experience in a rural hospital setting preferred
• Experience with abdomen, OB/GYN, breast, vascular preferred

Education

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with ultrasound equipment
• Expertise in diagnostic examinations and echocardiography
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and patient interaction
