Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver technical nursing care to residents using the nursing process
Function as a key member of the nursing team under RN supervision
Assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility when needed

Qualifications

At least one year experience as LVN
Current California LVN license
Current CPR Certification

Education

Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Apply good clinical judgment, plan work, establish priorities and maintain flexibility
Proficient written and verbal skills
Ability to use a computer proficiently

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00
30 pay increments on pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience
