Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30 hours/week, days)

Hours per Week: 30

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate speech therapy to in-patient hospital and nursing home patients
Provide outpatient clinic services and local school visits
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including PT and OT
Contribute to specialized programs like LSVT Big and Loud
Support pain management and pelvic health initiatives
Travel to surrounding facilities to extend your impact

Qualifications

Valid Speech Therapist license
Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and school-based therapy
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Ability to travel to nearby facilities with reliable transportation

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech therapy techniques
Familiarity with hydrotherapy, dry needling, and LSVT programs
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Adaptability to rural healthcare setting
