Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans that transform lives
Deliver hands-on physical therapy to boost strength, mobility, and daily function
Empower patients and families with education on exercises, safe movements, and home adaptations
Team up with occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians for top-notch coordinated care
Track progress and fine-tune plans to maximize recovery and independence
Keep spot-on documentation to uphold the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in California
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is a plus
Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to shine both solo and in a dynamic team

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of physical therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities
Expertise with adaptive equipment
Sharp problem-solving and interpersonal skills
