Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver quality radiologic procedures for accurate diagnostic interpretation
Practice radiation safety and adhere strictly to ALARA standards
Provide compassionate patient education and top-notch care
Perform QC checks and operate equipment per manufacturer guidelines
Follow imaging protocols or collaborate with Radiologists on custom exams
Assist with clerical tasks, patient transport, and staff training
Maintain supply inventory and troubleshoot equipment issues independently
Verify patient identity, obtain consents, and ensure all paperwork is complete
Take call, work overtime, and step up for emergencies with a positive attitude

Qualifications

ARRT registration in Radiology (R) plus at least one more from CT, MR, M, N, S, or related ARDMS/NMTCB registries (or eligible within 1 year)
Current BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days)
Prior experience as a Technologist preferred, especially 2+ years in listed modalities
Able to pass background check, drug screen, and employee health requirements

Education

At least 16 years of age, legally able to work in the US

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced knowledge of imaging procedures in at least two modalities
Radiation safety and ALARA standards
Patient care and education techniques
QC processes, PACS, RIS/HIS systems
Microsoft Office proficiency
Effective communication and independent judgment
