Roles & Responsibilities

Drive financial feasibility studies using STRATA to calculate ROI, payback periods, NPV, and IRR for key capital projects
Lead meetings with leadership to boost service line profitability and craft performance improvement plans
Handle critical reporting for rating agencies like S&P and Fitch, plus surveys and audits
Train managers on productivity tools and deliver ad hoc reports for audits and cost reports
Mentor the decision support team and oversee software implementations including ERP and forecasting modules

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
Minimum 10 years in cost accounting, budgeting, and decision support
Hands-on experience with STRATA financial software
Healthcare experience essential
Preferred: Master's in Business or Health Administration, financial/healthcare certifications
Nice to have: Hospital contracting, reimbursement, bundled payments, physician reimbursement knowledge

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in STRATA Jazz and financial software
Strong forecasting and cost accounting skills
Decision support and budgeting proficiency
Healthcare finance and profitability analysis
