Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs deeply
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's journey
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that make a real difference
Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health pros for whole-person care
Support mental and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and communities in rural settings

Qualifications

Active LISW license in Iowa
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful connections
Excellent organizational skills to keep everything on track
Top-notch documentation skills for clear and accurate records
Clinical expertise in depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders
