Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient-focused Family Medicine to patients across the lifespan
Build lasting relationships with patients and families in a welcoming community
Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff for seamless care
Make a direct, meaningful impact on the health of a rural community

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Passion for community-focused healthcare

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Expertise in Family Medicine
Commitment to patient-centered care
