Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate physical therapy to long-term care patients in a skilled nursing facility
Create personalized treatment plans that promote mobility and independence
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Adapt therapies to meet individual patient needs with flexibility and care

Qualifications

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
Passionate about helping long-term care patients thrive
Ready to start full-time as soon as possible

Education

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy assistance
Knowledge of long-term care patient populations
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Ability to work flexibly within daytime hours
