Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexible within day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate physical therapy to long-term care patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Create personalized treatment plans that promote mobility and independence
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Adapt therapies to meet individual patient needs with flexibility and care
Qualifications
- Certified Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passionate about helping long-term care patients thrive
- Ready to start full-time as soon as possible
Education
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy assistance
- Knowledge of long-term care patient populations
- Excellent patient communication and empathy
- Ability to work flexibly within daytime hours
