Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed to achieve goals

Qualifications

Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in Arizona
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient or clinical settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders
Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
