Location: Tacoma, Washington

Start Date: 06-13-2026

End Date: 09-12-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends, holidays, and limited call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures with precision
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging
Operate GE and Philips nuclear medicine equipment
Document studies in EPIC and manage images via McKesson PACS and CVPACS
Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology ARNPs to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain a safe and sterile environment following all protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Active Washington State license required
ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
Current BLS certification required
Proven IV start skills
Proficiency with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear medicine and diagnostic imaging procedures
GE and Philips imaging systems
IV placement and radiopharmaceutical administration
Electronic medical records (EPIC) and PACS systems
Patient care and safety protocols
