Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT scans using state-of-the-art equipment
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Position patients accurately to capture diagnostic images
Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety during procedures
Collaborate with radiologists to optimize imaging protocols
Maintain detailed patient records and equipment logs

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine or Radiology
State license to practice as a PET/CT technologist in California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in PET/CT preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in PET/CT imaging and radiation safety
Skilled in IV insertion and contrast administration
Proficient in using PACS and EMR systems
Knowledge of anatomy and pathology for image interpretation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
