End Date: 09-12-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday with possible weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy across diverse acute care units including medsurg, tele, ICU, and oncology
Manage orthopedic and total joint patients with skill and compassion
Deliver therapy to ventilated patients in the ICU, ensuring optimal recovery
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to treat a wide range of conditions
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
Proven experience with orthopedics, total joints, ICU, and ventilated patients
Comfortable working with medsurg, oncology, and cardiology populations

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Cerner EMR for seamless documentation
Strong clinical reasoning in acute care settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage varied patient populations effectively
