Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct care and medication administration to residents in an assisted living facility
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with daily living activities as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident well-being

Qualifications

Current and active Medical Technician certification in California
Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
Must be compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
