Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to optimize electronic health record workflows and enhance patient safety
Provide training and support to clinical staff on EMR systems, ensuring efficient and accurate use
Analyze clinical data to identify trends and recommend improvements in care delivery
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new clinical applications
Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and technology teams to bridge clinical and technical requirements

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner
Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
