Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents according to care plans
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
Provide personal care assistance and support with daily activities
Document patient information accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with healthcare team and residents' families

Qualifications

Current Medical Technician (Med Tech) certification
CPR certification required
Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and management
Patient care and monitoring
Effective communication and teamwork
Attention to detail and organizational skills
