Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts), rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population across multiple Med-Surg Telemetry units, including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, and more.
Float between facilities within Zone 1, adapting quickly to different unit environments.
Administer medications, monitor telemetry, and titrate heparin drips as needed.
Collaborate with charge nurses and assist with patient assignments when necessary.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet staffing needs across the region.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state.
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg Telemetry experience required.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Previous neuro experience preferred.
Willingness to float across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation.
Skills in acute care nursing, patient assessment, and team collaboration.
Strong communication and flexibility to adapt to changing assignments.
