Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in an assisted living facility
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support residents' mobility and transfers safely
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active California CNA certification
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
