Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (day shift, no weekends or holidays)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures using GE Discovery 630 and GE PET 8 scanners
Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, explaining procedures and answering questions
Operate Epic and McKesson systems for accurate image archiving and record-keeping
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize image quality and patient care
Maintain equipment and adhere to radiation safety protocols, including use of provided radiation badge

Qualifications

Active ARRT(NM) or CNMT certification – required
Current BLS certification – required
Valid driver's license (needed for mileage verification)
Willingness to float to other modalities if you hold additional licenses (XR, CT, MRI)
Flexible, positive attitude – a key to success with our team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Epic and McKesson EMR and PACS systems
Strong understanding of nuclear medicine and PET imaging techniques
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
