Location: Rocklin, CA

Start Date: 06-14-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM with 30-minute meal break (as needed, per diem shifts)

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff
Support residents with meals and hydration, encouraging independence
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work flexible per diem shifts including evenings and weekends

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of resident rights and dignity
Basic knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
