Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (various days as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
Document care provided and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
Current CPR certification (BLS)
Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
