Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7 days on/7 days off, Thursday-Wednesday

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT, X-ray, and limited MRI exams to support our Level II trauma center
Ensure accurate patient positioning and imaging techniques for optimal diagnostic results
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide timely trauma and routine imaging
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and compliance standards
Document patient history, procedures, and image data in electronic medical records
Provide compassionate care to patients during their imaging experience

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT required
MRI certification preferred but not required; if no MRI cert, must have at least 2 years of MRI experience
Valid driver's license required at submittal to verify distance from facility
No artificial nails allowed during patient care duties

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT, X-ray (including OR), and MRI imaging
Understanding of Level II trauma protocols and emergency imaging
Ability to work independently and manage varied caseloads
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
Familiarity with PACS and electronic health records
