Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with 30-minute meal break

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in an assisted living setting
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Valid CNA certification from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
