Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in daily activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Support residents emotional wellbeing through positive interactions

Qualifications

Current Maine CNA certification required
BLS certification preferred
Previous long-term care experience a plus
Compassionate, patient, and reliable team player

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
