Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on discharge plans and follow-up care
Document patient information accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a high-stress, dynamic environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expert triage and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Knowledge of emergency medications and protocols
Skilled in using electronic health records
Comfortable with advanced life support equipment
