Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance cases
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including PTAs, to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately in Cerner EMR
- Manage a caseload of approximately 9-11 patients per day, ensuring quality care and timely treatments
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience preferred
- Two supervisory references required at submission (one within 12 months, one within 3 years)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation
- Experience with neurological and balance disorders
- Comfortable using Cerner EMR for documentation
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
