Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance cases
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including PTAs, to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately in Cerner EMR
Manage a caseload of approximately 9-11 patients per day, ensuring quality care and timely treatments

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience preferred
Two supervisory references required at submission (one within 12 months, one within 3 years)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation
Experience with neurological and balance disorders
Comfortable using Cerner EMR for documentation
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
