Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care to a diverse MS-Tele patient population across multiple facilities in Zone 3
Titrate heparin drips and monitor telemetry for cardiac, neuro, oncology, and other acute patients
Float between OrthoColorado, Longmont United, St. Anthony, and St. Anthony North hospitals
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality care
Adapt quickly to varying unit settings, from general MS-Tele to specialty units like Cardiac and Neuro
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele nursing experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Neuro experience strongly preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Experienced with heparin titration and IV drip management
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
