Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, Monday-Friday (no weekends, no holidays, no call)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures using GE Discovery 630 and GE PET 8 scanners
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during scans
Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure high-quality images
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and follow radiation safety protocols
Float to other areas if cross-trained and licensed (XR/CT/MRI)

Qualifications

Valid BLS certification (American Heart Association)
ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine (NM) or CNMT credentials
Current driver's license (required for submittal and radius verification)
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
Experience with GE Discovery 630 Dual Head and GE PET 8 scanners
Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
