Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, helping patients regain mobility and function
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation techniques
- Proficient in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities
- Excellent patient assessment and clinical reasoning
- Time management and organizational skills
