Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapy license in North Dakota (or eligible)
BLS certification required
Experience preferred, but new graduates willing to train are welcome to apply

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
