Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient population with conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular disorders, and fall risk
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs, rehab techs, and a dedicated director
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS and CPR certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Proficiency with EMR systems
Ability to treat a geriatric population with complex needs

Knowledge & Skills

General orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation
Neurological conditions and balance disorders
BPPV/vestibular rehabilitation techniques
Falls prevention strategies
Compassionate geriatric care
