Location: Caldwell, TX

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients, including acute, skilled, and wound care
Treat a diverse caseload covering ortho, neuro, fractures, and general debility
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and rehab techs
Precept new team members as needed
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license required
National PT certification required
Current BLS certification
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning for diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced rehab environment
Proficiency in acute care and outpatient rehabilitation techniques
