Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical therapy to outpatient clients with orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance disorders
Manage a daily caseload of 9-11 patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment plans
Collaborate with two PTAs in the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress in Cerner EMR with accuracy and timeliness
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented rehab environment

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in outpatient orthopedics is strongly preferred
Comfortable using Cerner or similar EMR systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
Skilled in vestibular rehab and balance assessment
Proficient in total joint replacement protocols
Ability to adapt treatment plans for diverse patient populations
Strong organizational and time management abilities
