Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Start Date: 08-03-2026

End Date: 11-02-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), and various shift times, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to oncology, PCU, and Med Surg patients
Administer chemotherapy and monitor for side effects
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care
Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage critical drips
Float to Med Surg and PCU units as needed
Conduct hourly rounding and ensure patient satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of PCU and Oncology experience
Current RN license in Nebraska or compact state
ACLS and BLS certifications required
ONS/ONCC certification required
Chemotherapy certification required
Driver's license required for miles verification
EPIC experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in EPIC EMR
Experience with hemodynamic monitoring including CVP, Aline, Swan-Ganz, EV-1000
Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and side effect management
Ability to manage ventilated patients and interpret ICP monitoring
Strong teamwork and communication skills
