Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead as charge nurse, overseeing resident care and directing staff
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care and manage chronic conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
Provide compassionate support to residents and families

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience required
BLS certification from AHA required
Comfortable with EMR systems, specifically Matrix

Knowledge & Skills

Long Term Care nursing expertise
Wound care management
Medication administration
Patient assessment and care planning
Team collaboration and charge nurse duties
