Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical informatics support to optimize electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing and IT teams to improve clinical workflows
- Analyze data to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Train and mentor staff on informatics systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
- Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
