Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with diverse conditions in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed settings
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Dakota
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but will train the right candidate with a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day
Flexibility to cover outpatient, acute, and skilled settings
