Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload including orthopedic and variety of diagnoses
Treat an average of 12 patients per day in a busy outpatient clinic located within an athletic club
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to BLS and safety protocols
Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient goals and promote functional independence

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (not required at time of submittal but must obtain before start)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Outpatient experience is essential; acute care experience is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
Time management and prioritization in a high-volume clinic
Team collaboration and interdisciplinary care
