Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients
Assess and triage patients quickly and accurately
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care thoroughly and timely
Maintain a calm and efficient demeanor in fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Current California RN license
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
Ability to work in a high-stress environment
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing skills
Patient assessment and triage
IV therapy and medication administration
Wound care and trauma management
Telemetry monitoring
EMR proficiency
