Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MSPT)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
Ability to use electronic medical records for documentation
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Excellent problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
