Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across various units
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maryland (or compact state)
BLS certification from AHA
Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
Time management and prioritization skills
