Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions

Qualifications

Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
BLS certification preferred
At least 6 months of long-term care experience a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
Skilled in using transfer and mobility equipment
Understanding of infection control and HIPAA regulations
Empathy and patience when working with elderly residents
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
