CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Location: Omaha, NE

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, exact days determined upon hire; weekend and holiday availability may be required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform CT scans and X-rays on a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics
Execute advanced imaging studies including CTAs, hearts, and perfusion in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma center
Support busy OR and ER departments with high-acuity patients
Perform venipuncture for contrast administration with precision and care
Maintain multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a timely manner

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R); CT certification preferred
Active BLS certification required
Valid driver's license (used to verify radius compliance)
Minimum of 1 year Level 1 trauma experience and travel experience required
Strong venipuncture skills and ability to handle high-acuity cases
Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Siemens CT and X-ray equipment
Experience with Bracco contrast injectors
EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS proficiency
Ability to float between main campus and standalone ER if needed
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
