Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
Maintain a clean and organized environment by following infection control protocols

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and vital sign monitoring
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
