Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote resident well-being
Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized support

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent observation and reporting skills
Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
